Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout and shown on the order confirmation. Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package requires rerouting or is returned to us due to an address error, any additional shipping costs for rerouting or reshipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. After a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery schedules and transit delays are outside of our control. We have access to the same tracking information provided to you, so contacting the carrier directly may provide the most current information regarding your shipment. If necessary, we will assist with filing a claim for a lost or damaged shipment.

Free shipping is available on orders over $100 within the contiguous United States. All items in the order must ship to the same address.

Express shipping options include Next Day Air, 2 Day Air and 3 Day Air. Express orders placed before 2:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, are eligible for same-business-day processing. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will be processed the following business day. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on Friday will be processed the same business day but may not be delivered until Monday or Tuesday, depending on the shipping method selected and the carrier’s weekend delivery schedule. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimated carrier transit times and begin after the order has been fulfilled and shipped. Processing time is not included. These estimates assume that all order information is correct and that all items are in stock. Weekend and holiday delivery may not be available depending on the selected shipping service and carrier.

Most in-stock orders will be fulfilled within 2 business days. Standard shipping within the United States typically takes approximately 5–8 business days after the order has been fulfilled and shipped. During the holidays, please allow up to 3 business days for order processing, in addition to transit time.

If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item becomes available, even if other items are in stock at the time your order is placed. If you would like available items to ship separately, please place them as a separate order.

Applicable duties, taxes and import fees are calculated and collected at checkout. A full breakdown of these charges will be shown before you complete your order. No additional duties or import fees will be due upon delivery.

LED Billiard Lights are made to order. After your order is placed, we will contact you to confirm your color and texture selections and, if applicable, your acrylic panel design. Shipping is $199 for up to 3 lights, plus $100 for each additional light.

Once your selections are confirmed:

* Production takes approximately 4 weeks.

* Your light will then ship by sea freight.

* Transit and final delivery typically take approximately 30–60 days.

* Once the shipment arrives in the U.S., the delivery carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.

* A signature will be required at delivery.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Carrier delays may occasionally occur due to weather, high shipping volume, operational disruptions or other circumstances outside of our control.

If tracking has stopped updating and the carrier recommends opening an investigation, please contact us at info@legendbilliards.com. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us so we can assist with a replacement or refund. 

If your package is delayed and you no longer need the order, please wait until it is delivered and submit a return request through your account. Return eligibility, shipping costs and other terms are subject to our Return Policy.

At LEGEND Billiards, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your unused product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

FOR BILLIARDS LIGHTS

Made-to-Order Billiards Lights can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Please note that customized acrylic panels are final sale and not eligible for return. For lighting products, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund for both U.S. and international orders. All lights must be in original condition, including packaging and accessories.

How to Start a Return:

Because different brands may require returns to different warehouses, please follow these steps for a smooth process:
1. Request a Return: Email us at daisyyang@legendbilliards.com with your completed Return Form (see below) within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Receive a Return Label: We will send you a prepaid return label once your request is approved.

3. Ship Your Return: Drop off your return within 7 days of receiving the return label.

Refund Process:

1. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the item(s) included in the return.

2. Please note that the original shipping cost and return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and credit card refunds should appear within 3 to 7 business days.

Refund:

* Mark the Package: Clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value” to help avoid double customs charges.

* Import Duties and Taxes: We are unable to refund import duties or taxes paid upon delivery. You may check with your local customs office to see if a refund is possible.

* Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any duties or taxes related to the return. If we incur duties or taxes upon receiving your return, these will be deducted from your refund.

* Restocking Fee: 10% restocking fee applies to all international returns, even if the order is canceled before shipment, to cover non-refundable service charges from our Managed Market partners.

IN SUMMARY: International returns are refunded minus the original shipping cost, duties or taxes, and the 10% restocking fee. Refunds will be processed for the remaining amount after these deductions.
