FOR BILLIARDS LIGHTS

LEGEND Billiards Lights are made-to-order products. After placing your order, we'll promptly contact you to discuss color/texture options and acrylic panel design (if applicable). Once your selection is confirmed, your made-to-order light will be manufactured within 3 weeks. Subsequently, the product will be shipped overseas via sea freight and delivered to your address by a transportation company using trucks. Upon arrival in the U.S., the transportation company will call you to schedule a specific delivery time, and you'll need to sign for the delivery document. The entire shipping process typically takes between 30 to 40 days. The shipping cost for up to 3 lights is $199, with an additional $100 for each extra light. Most orders ship within 2 business days.

We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your unused product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Please include a note with YOUR NAME and ORDER NUMBER in the return package. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund for the item(s) included. All credits issued through credit card companies should appear within 3 to 7 days.

FOR BILLIARDS LIGHTS

Made-to-Order Billiards Lights can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Please note that customized acrylic panels are final sale and not eligible for return. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund (restocking fee only applies to billiards lights). All lights must be in original condition, including packaging and accessories. The customer must request via email and receive prior approval for a return authorization number from LegendBilliards.com.
