PRE-ORDERED SHIPPING POLICY: If your order includes a pre-ordered item, all items in the order will ship together in one package when the pre-ordered item becomes available, even if other items are in stock at the time you place your order.

FOR BILLIARDS LIGHTS: LEGEND Billiards Lights are made-to-order products. After placing your order, we'll promptly contact you to discuss color/texture options and acrylic panel design (if applicable). Once your selection is confirmed, your made-to-order light will be manufactured within 3 weeks. Subsequently, the product will be shipped overseas via sea freight and delivered to your address by a transportation company using trucks. Upon arrival in the U.S., the transportation company will call you to schedule a specific delivery time, and you'll need to sign for the delivery document. The entire shipping process typically takes between 30 to 40 days. The shipping cost for up to 3 lights is $199, with an additional $100 for each extra light.

At LEGEND Billiards, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your unused product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

FOR BILLIARDS LIGHTS

Made-to-Order Billiards Lights can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Please note that customized acrylic panels are final sale and not eligible for return. For lighting products, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund for both U.S. and international orders. All lights must be in original condition, including packaging and accessories.

How to Start a Return:

Because different brands may require returns to different warehouses, please follow these steps for a smooth process:
1. Request a Return: Email us at daisyyang@legendbilliards.com with your completed Return Form (see below) within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Receive a Return Label: We will send you a prepaid return label once your request is approved.

3. Ship Your Return: Drop off your return within 7 days of receiving the return label.

Refund Process:

1. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the item(s) included in the return.

2. Please note that the original shipping cost and return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and credit card refunds should appear within 3 to 7 business days.

Refund:

* Mark the Package: Clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value” to help avoid double customs charges.

* Import Duties and Taxes: We are unable to refund import duties or taxes paid upon delivery. You may check with your local customs office to see if a refund is possible.

* Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any duties or taxes related to the return. If we incur duties or taxes upon receiving your return, these will be deducted from your refund.

* Restocking Fee:10% restocking fee applies to all international returns, even if the order is canceled before shipment, to cover non-refundable service charges from our Managed Market partners.

IN SUMMARY: International returns are refunded minus the original shipping cost, duties or taxes, and the 10% restocking fee. Refunds will be processed for the remaining amount after these deductions.
